Refund Policy

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Certain items, including customized or made-to-order pieces, earrings, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a return or refund, please reach out to us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for sending the item back, if approved.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or item of equal value, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within the same 7-day return window.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
