Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order at any time before the order has been dispatched/shipped from our facility. Once an order is handed over to the courier service, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds for Canceled Orders: If your cancellation is approved before shipping, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
